This site sets no cookies, has no tracking and no forms. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us by email.
Who we are
This website is run by Coopers Tech Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number pending, registered office pending). We are the data controller for personal data described here. ICO registration number: pending.
What we collect
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use it only to read and reply to your message, which is our legitimate interest in answering correspondence. We keep it for as long as we need it for that conversation and any follow-up, then delete it.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure. We don’t use this data to identify you, and we run no analytics.
Cookies
We don’t set cookies. Fonts and images are served from this site, not from third parties.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell or share your data. Two providers process it on our behalf: Microsoft 365 for email, and Cloudflare for website hosting. Either may process data outside the UK, and where they do, it is protected by the safeguards UK data protection law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email enquiries@cooperstech.co.uk. If you’re not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
